For me, the decision to leave design wasn’t taken lightly. I had spent over a decade working in the field, and it had been a fulfilling and rewarding career. However, I found myself feeling stagnant and restless, yearning for new challenges and opportunities. I began to explore other interests and hobbies, and slowly but surely, I started to envision a life beyond design.

If you’re a designer contemplating a career change or simply curious about the possibilities that exist beyond the creative realm, I hope that my story has provided valuable insights and inspiration. In the end, being a former designer has been a liberating experience. It’s allowed me to explore new interests, develop new skills, and discover new passions. And who knows?
