In 2007, a family in a small village in Maharashtra reported that their 14-year-old daughter, Neelu, was possessed by a demonic entity. The family claimed that Neelu’s behavior had changed drastically over a period of time. She became increasingly aggressive, violent, and would often speak in a language that no one could understand.
The incident sparked widespread media attention, with many people claiming that they had witnessed Neelu’s bizarre behavior firsthand. Some even claimed that they had seen her levitating and performing supernatural feats.
As the exorcism rituals continued, Neelu’s condition only seemed to worsen. She became increasingly violent, and her behavior became more and more erratic. The family, who were at their wit’s end, eventually sought the help of the police, who took Neelu into custody.
