As the story unfolds, Mason uses his wit and resourcefulness to try and outsmart The Grabber, while also uncovering the dark secrets behind the serial killer’s motives. The film’s tension builds slowly, with Derrickson’s masterful direction creating an atmosphere of unease and fear.
